Sleeping Spears Skipped Two Drugs Tests

Britney Spears missed two drug tests over the last few weeks because she was asleep.

A source says Spears' assistant twice told a testing lab couldn't undergo the court-ordered tests because she was sleeping.

The missed tests have prompted Commissioner Scott M. Gordon to say that, from now on, a skipped drug test will be counted as a failed test.
