Mel Gibson's Fiancee Won't Sign Prenup

Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson's fiance -who's due to deliver the couple's baby girl in early December- refuses to sign a prenuptial contract.
Even if Mel Gibson's offer seems to be a generous one, Oksana wants all or nothing.
"Oksana gave Mel a kick in the head when she flat-out refused to sign the prenuptial agreement," a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
